Im so annoyed because I never like to write bad reviews because I only believe in writing good ones but this one was VERY MUCH NEEDED. Ive been coming to this location for sometime now because I love to get facials. Today I drove 40mins to this location to do my facial ( In the pouring Rain) which I almost canceled but came anyway to be put down and just disrespected by the store manager CHRISTINE. I had an appointment for 1:30pm and was not seen until 2pm. In the time of me driving to the area. I started calling the store around 12:30pm seeing if I could been seen early (which was fine if they could not) but No one was answering the phone after calling back to back 3/4 times. After sitting and waiting for after 20mins I got up and ask if Kat is running behind its going on 30mins and I have not been seen. Then at 2pm Kat let me know someone was supposed to call me and no did. The General Manager came over which was Christine and she ask me whats going on. I told her Ive been waiting for 30mins and and I had to cancel my appointment due to them being behind and not letting me know they changed my appointment time. She then reply to me saying that it was my choice that I cancelled my appointment which was VERY RUDE AND THEN continued to Harass me saying she live further then me. Like it did not matter that I had to drive 40mins in the rain. She then assumed that I work for the company. ( which I do not) Im not sure if she felt like she could speak to me any kind of why because of that. But whether I was an employee of the company or not. I deserves to be treated with respect! I spend my money there not once but plenty of times. Ive gotten a facial from Kat few times and I never once been disappointed of the service at this location! Christine at Ulta beauty at the Commack location is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! She is rude and dont respect her customers or employees. I never felt so uncomfortable and out of character as a customer in Ulta beauty in commack
