Dr. Weinstein is my doctor and I had a very good experience with him getting me testing BUT...NO ONE has bothered to call in my prescription for weeks now. I have probably dialed and got no one at least 25-30 times and can NEVER speak with a human being--the one time I got through the person I spoke with said they were very sorry and it was going to be called in--that was a week ago. Then I get a survey and left unhappy comments and I get an "I'm sorry" email and that someone was going to reach out to me to fix this problem. This was last Wednesday and no one ever did. I'm glad my medical condition isn't life-threatening because I'd likely be in the hospital or dead. What must it take to get a human being on the phone or get someone to call in a medicine prescription that the doctor said I MUST take every day for the rest of my life?? I guess no one is really concerned or your practice is too big to worry about getting a patient needed medication. I would not recommend this practice to anyone concerned about their health!!

About
North Suffolk Cardiology
North Suffolk Cardiology was founded in 1980 by physicians Peter F. Bruno, MD, Michael P. Cesa, MD, and Albert H. Riccio, MD. Today, our practice is the largest cardiology practice on the North Shore of Long Island. We specialize in adult cardiovascular disease-preventing, diagnosing and treating heart and vascular disorders through both non-invasive and invasive means. While invasive treatment of heart disease is sometimes necessary with angioplasty or heart surgery, we are able to successfully manage the vast majority of our patients with medical therapy and help them return to a high quality of life. Listening to the needs of our patients and their families is the essential first step in delivering the high-quality standard of care that we strive for, and our patients deserve. At North Suffolk Cardiology, you and your family are involved in every step of the way in the medical decision-making process.
