        I have been to this branch a couple of times before and never had a issue. Last time I went, I was treated very rudely by this female teller. I was shocked at the way she spoke to me. When I go back and if she is still there, I'd rather wait longer inline than get her again.

        Teller with long dark hair and braces is very accusatory and unprofessional.  Caregivers to elderly family members should not be treated like criminals immediately upon walking up to the counter.  I understand taking extra precautions for our senior citizens but she could have handled the interaction as a professional.

        Dont waste your time here if you have to deal with a banker in person. Made an online appointment, Diego calls earlier in the day to change the appointment seeing as it is Saturday and probably wants to go home on time. I accommodate his request, rush to the earlier appointment just to sit around almost to the the time of the original appointment. Very unprofessional.
