        I sent an e mail about work and received the rudest call back ever.  "No we are booked for the summer and cannot do your pool, hopefully you found someone."  I do have other work that will need to be done in my home but I will absolutely cross Pidala off my list.  I guess they do not need business but word of mouth, good and bad, is a powerful advertisement.
