Beware of the no delivery and pick up fee! My 319.99 tune up is costing me 800$ on a 1 year old JD. I Paid upwards of 500$ last year for a mulch kit last year here only to be told that the sand in clifton park destroyed it. WHAT!!!???? Anyone else get overcharged on service please share.

Adam was filling in at the Clifton Park store. He explained all of the features of the X370 and I purchased it with a bagger and snowblower. Skip delivered it and went over the tractor to make sure I understood how to use the power lift. The controls for starting and movement are quite a bit different from the ones on a Kubota. He patiently explained everything until we were both satisfied that I understood. It was a great experience!

10/2/23 I had my John Deere X485 serviced at my home and once again another 5 Star experience! Wes serviced my John Deere with his expert knowledge of John Deere equipment - he was most meticulous and courteous in his work detail. I also spoke with Eric/Service Manager and Skyhawk/Office Manager - both aimed to please & they met all my expectations! It's been truly a pleasure to do business with United Ag & Turf - I highly recommend doing business with this most reputable & respected company for sales & service! I'm looking forward to my next house call from Wes in the future! A most happy & satisfied United Ag & Turf customer!! Met John, Kevin & James - GREAT bunch of guys & wonderful place to get service on my John Deere Tractor! 8/29/22 Today I had my John Deere serviced at my home. Wow, what a positive experience! Wes the United Ag & Turf technician did a fantastic job in servicing my John Deere & took the extra step in cleaning & put a showroom shine on the John Deere. Shyhawk the office manager is very helpfuI, knowledgeable & courteous. I highly recommend United Ag & Turf for sales & service!

I had one of their techs come to my home and perform a tune up that included leveling the deck. He proceeded to level the deck on a very uneven surface. When he was done leveling the deck I noticed the deck was extremely high. He had to put the blades to the lowest number for it to even reach the grass! The first time I used it, the deck fell off! They gave me a bunch of excuses as to why it happened and fixed their mouths to ask me for $580 to fix it. Before this, I did an in shop tuneup with this place and they came up with all kinds of stuff that was needed. So I trusted them, I shouldve learned! They put a jumper under my seat so the machine would run when you get off the machine even if the blades were engaged! They wouldnt own up to it. Now the machine is not safe to use. To heck with JOHN and to heck with DEERE! I bought a new zero turn CUB CADET! Have your machines serviced elsewhere! Sir no ones going to contact me and try to make it right. Its been over a week since your response. Youre just saying that to look good on this platform. Thanks!
