As a new patient, they were able to schedule me within 1 day due to cancellation. I was very happy about this because I was in severe pain and did not have to wait a month to be seen.

I took my 97 year old mom to see Dr Lam for routine nail cutting. Dr Lam also addressed a foot ulcer that had developed on her ankle. We were extremely pleased with her care, knowledge, and guidance to assist and follow up with her newly developed foot ulcer. The office staff, Janet and Helena, were both extremely pleasant, accommodating, likable and down to earth. The package of care shown to my mom during her visit was exceptional and much appreciated and needed by both of us. Thank you so much ladies!

Convenient office. Comfortable waiting room. Parking spaces attached. Staff professional and friendly. Dr. Lam professional, concerned, and caring healer.

I had custom insoles made for me by Mindy and was pleased with that part of the experience. She told me that I had 60 days after receiving the insoles to bring them back in to have any adjustments made if need be. After wearing them for 3 weeks, I started experiencing some mild foot pain and didn't know if the insoles could be adjusted. When I called the office to see if it was possible, the woman who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and told me that yes, absolutely something could be done to adjust the insoles. When I went in for that appointment the following day and met with Mindy, she was clearly very irritated with me and made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience to her. She told me that this is not something that typically happens. I felt extremely uncomfortable during the appointment and was extremely disappointed with her lack of professionalism. I canceled all future appointments with her and unfortunately will not be returning. That said, the women who work at the front desk who anwser the phones and make appointments are extremely kind and I throughly enjoyed all of my interactions with them.
