Walmart Auto Care Centers

I came last Wednesday to fix the flat tire for my car , but there was a old lady that she was very mean and didnt have good customer service , When I said hi and good morning, she didnt respond me, I was waiting there for minutes but made her busy , I wont go anymore there for car service , but I hope the management should bring some changes to customers service ,

Was there to get four tires put on a 2016 Kia Forte. Should have been an easy task. They were extremely busy, but I had an appointment that I made a month prior. I also was in no rush. Walmart called 40 mins after having my car saying they couldn't get the tires off. And that's fine, but when I had to go to another service place, they had absolutely no problem. The tire tech even said they came off easily that Walmart must have not wanted the work. Waste of time and money. And also because of their failed service I miss out on my Walmart+ benefits. I just don't want other people to waste their time when there's other service areas in Clifton Park.

Wow. You would think if Walmart wants to sell you something, they would have staff available to check you out! The prices cannot be beat for tire mounting and balancing and the reservation system worked well. My car was taken in on time and finished in about an hour as promised. But it was a Friday night at 6pm and the front desk folks had checked out. This left the mechanics and staff pulled from all over the store to figure how to take out money. It took a half hour or more to ring me out! I guess I was lucky to leave with my car.

Excellent service! Got a flat tire on the way out for date night and brought it here. They had it patched and back on the car so quick we made our reservation! And for less than $20!

The service center was on point. Had all 4 tires replaced, they did a good job. All questions were answered. I'll see what else they do soon.
