        Worse Insurance agency I have ever dealt with, Being a car dealer we deal with a lot of insurance, Very Very long Hold times and very unhelpful and rude customer service agents. Would give Zero Stars if it was possible! UPDATE; Hey owner Shut the hell up, Yes i know its a local office and you were the customers agent, but you arent anymore, I had them switch to StateFarm. So have a great day and you guys should just close your doors for good now.

        Absolutely the worst!!! Trying to get through to speak to someone to report an accident and I have been on hold for 2 hours! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE service!!!!!!!!! How are you supposed to report a claim right away of no one answers the calls or calls you back??????? Horrible just horrible!!!!!

        Worst company ever!!! They literally asked for a document. We sent the document. We called and confirmed they got the document. They dropped us without notice!!! Then when we called back to ask why, they said they never got the document and they cant take us back. Well, now I dont want you back and Im gonna write this review everywhere!!! Im honestly gonna pray every day for Gods justice over your injustice!!!
