Atrium Properties

I have leased office space from Bob Phillips / Atrium Properties in two different locations - Plank Rd Centre and Clifton Country Rd. I was very happy with the terms and felt I was getting a good bang for the buck. Properties were always well maintained and I never had a problem.

This place is great and the landlord is very responsive, but rarely ever need him. Grounds are always plowed, and now they have electric vehicle charging stations.

This place is a dump! Specifically referring to the Plank Road properties. The bathrooms are rarely cleaned, when it rains hard it leaks through the ceiling tiles and the grounds are not very well taken care of. Add to that, the incompetent maintenance staff and you've got your self one poorly run and maintained property.

The law firm of DuCharme, Clark & Sovern, LLP, has leased office space at 10 Maxwell Drive, Clifton Park, New York since 2005. Our office space is very nice and our building is well maintained by a caring and responsive landlord. There is a large parking lot and plenty of parking. The other tenants in the building are very professional. Our office is conveniently located in close proximity to the Northway, as well as restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend this building to any prospective tenants.
