Fabolous time today at the store with the manager Malaina! Went in to pay my monthly payment and add a line for one of my kids, ended up getting 2 great for their age cell phones for my kids, cases and all and still saved $180! Just an all around great experience even with my kids driving me crazy. Seriously if you need to save (and who doesn't) go see Malaina ASAP

My husband was on his way to work he accidentally left his phone on the top of his car so his phone got smashed on the northway I went to the Queensbury location as it was supposed to be open at 10:00 a.m. and never was so I stayed there for an additional 15 minutes the person never showed up to open the store so therefore I contacted Ashley in the Clifton Park cricket store and she helped us she was excellent got my husband a new phone in no time so I definitely recommend going to the Clifton Park location because the Queensbury one is unreliable.

Beware of this store. They will automatically add things you don't need, such as sim cards, and charge you for it. They will setup up your phone without permission and add random fees. They take it upon themselves to make commission any way that they can. THEY DO NOT UPHOLD TO THE REFUND POLICY. I came in and tried to return a phone the 7th Calander day and they told me that I couldn't return it because it had been past the refund date. I went to the site on the back of the receipt, and it brought me exactly to where I needed to be to disprove them, I went back in to show them, and they still didn't uphold the policy. They actually called the cops on me. The example it gave for 7 Calander days was from February 1, it said, " Qualifying new or reconditioned wireless devices purchased from a Cricket Store may only be returned or exchanged at the same store where purchased and within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. For example, if the purchase date is February 1, the last acceptable return date is end of day February 8." It was so peculiar that I had purchased mine on July 1, 2022, at 3:01 pm and I went in to return the phone on July 8, 2022. Complete ridiculousness!!!
