I just recently had my second visit, and I must say everybody is very professional and caring. Its a very clean, friendly, comfortable environment.. My rescue dog has had a pretty turbulent first year of her little life and she was very comfortable and calm both visits. Ive owned dogs and cats my entire life and have been to a lot of different veterinarians, and I may say the staff shows very individual love for each, and every animal that comes through their door. We needed a new vet, so we set up an appointment for our pup and was charged $67 just to schedule the appt. We had extraneous circumstances the day of the appointment and called to reschedule. They said we would lose the $67. So now we have to pay a business we have never even done business with. If this is how they treat people before youre a customer, i can only imagine how they treat the animals. Edit: The response is to blame the customer for not understanding the policy. Classic Did you not charge me $67 when I scheduled the appointment? The same $67 you took from me because of your 24 hour cancellation policy? I understand the policy, and also understand what your number one priority is. The bottom line is, I called to reschedule and you said that I would forfeit the $67 I paid when I scheduled the appointment. I can see having that policy for people that abuse The system, but for a first time customer? We found another vet that cares more about treating the patients than the bottom line.

They saved my dog's life. Three days ago, I noticed concerning discharge from my dog. She had already been showing other concerning signs for a few days, but when I spoke to her normal vet to make an appointment, they told me they couldn't see her until March 7 (almost two weeks later). When I saw this discharge, though, I knew I couldn't wait. I called Total Veterinary Care and she was seen just a couple hours later. And thank god she was because she had pyometra. Today, my dog is alive, eating, drinking, and wagging her little tail again after undergoing pyometra surgery yesterday, just a day and a half after they first saw her. Their response was quick, decisive, and I felt well-informed to make the best decisions for my fur baby all along the way. My dog is over 15 years old(!!!) and she has a new lease on life because of this veterinary practice. Everyone was friendly, supportive, and helpful, but a special thank you to Chloe, Dr. Stacy, and Dr. Melissa Ferris.
