When they first opened the guy who used to work there behind the counter was awesome, any problem you had he quickly fixed the issue for you (I had a faulty vape he replaced without question) Youd think it wouldnt be an issue seeing as I spend between 100-200 there a week. However recently I had the same thing happen with a $60 pen that stopped working before I even got home and the person working told me tough luck and I could buy another one for full price if I wanted it. They posts on their Snapchat everyday saying to come in for deals, but when you bring it up to the people working behind the counter they play dumb. They ask $50 for a single Honey Palm. Everywhere else charges $40 for them. Also, as of Jan 1st they are pushing customers to pay with cash and if you dont, they will verbally harass you and make you feel bad that you didnt. I now go to Woosah next to Julies diner.

I was really impressed by this place! They needed to close for a little while to deal with a situation but they were so friendly still. I waited in my car and they came out and let me know they were back open. They unfortunately didnt have what I was looking for because they are no longer being made but suggested another similar product and I like it. The customer service really is what blew me away, so friendly!

I have a brain injury so sometimes I get a lil confused at stores and often need a lil bit of help figuring out and finding what I need! EVERY time I have been here they have been so helpful and so quick to assist me and answer any question I have. Everyone I have ever seen working here has been so kind and the kind of people that make you want to come back and shop again!!! They have the most amazing selection and always have what everyone is looking for, even when other local shops are out theyll usually let me know to go here because theyll definitely have what Im looking for! Shopping here is so convenient and amazing. Thank you all for your kindness and hardwork, I am happy to be a returning customer here!! Also!! They only have a ONE DOLLAR ATM fee!! Literally where else can you find that especially with as much help and knowledge they have here!!! If you havent been, go! And if you have you know why I love this shop so much!!!
