Great service. My friend booked a ride from Syracuse airport to Ottawa Canada. Rick was very responsive. His wife showed up on time and patiently waited at the Canadian customs. Shes a very sweet caring person. I highly recommend CICERO taxi service.

Can I trust them? Right now, I'm not. I made an online reservation a few days ago, but I never heard anything from a human, only via email. When trying to call and confirm, the dispatcher only said they had no drivers, ans they were very busy, them he hung up. When trying to call again, there was no answer. When I needed them last year, they were awesome; now, they are just another business, trying to make a buck. I'll look for an alternative. Honestly sir, if you don't offer online reservations, why is there a "Book/Hail" link at the top of your Web page? The link is not new, it was there before I used your service last year; fortunately, I did receive a text message, and a different # to call for confirming, so all is clear at this time. I will be a Syracuse Green Taxi customer again--all is great thank you. I hope to see the Previa again; for some odd reason, I like those vehicles.
