What an unprofessional experience. I should have been weary from the start. I called based on a referral, it took 2 days to get a call back. I met with Codi and Margaret and allowed then to service our tax returns. After a week or so I sent an email to ask how much was there service, and about how long it would take we did not discuss at our meeting. We waited a couple days, no response. So I phoned, left a message, no response. Waited another 4 days I called again and left a message (they send everything to voicemail) no response. After 42 days, 4 emails, 8 phone calls, never one response I stopped by the office 3 times and nobody was there. Obviously worried at this point. It took luck to be there when the owners one employee, Codi, was just pulling in at 10:28 am. They had not done anything. Further more they hadn't even opened our file since our first meeting. And they had never secured it. Left there on a desk, unsecured. I am shocked at this situation. They had held our tax documents hostage. Zero correspondence. Completely unprofessional. And morally unacceptable. Please do not entrust them with your business. Perhaps this is not the doing of Margaret the owner, or, by proxy it is. Either way, if this is her company, she needs to show oversite and ownership.
