Its so hit and miss at this location
On October 11th, once again, the toaster oven is apparently broken. Is it like McDonalds ice cream machines or something? Its been broken the past 3-4 weeks nowor at least it doesnt work when I go there.

There was one person working when I walked in. She said no one had prepped for her so she was feeling overwhelmed(but by the time I got there, she had finished prepping and was just doing orders.) The employee was calling everyone in line, honey, which I did not appreciate but Im not one to usually call someone out on that. There was one person in front of me and I thought it was weird when she started to take my order before cashing him out. Then two more people walked in and she took their orders, too. Meanwhile, were all smushed together in line, waiting to be cashed out still. Im on my limited lunch break from work and expected to be in and out, so Im feeling a little bit annoyed by this experience so far. It took her 20 minutes to do these orders, however she did not take care when making my sandwich and when I opened up the bag in my car, it completely fell apart. I had to use my hands in my work car to put it back together again, pieces of it falling out as Im trying. Ive ordered this sandwich 100x, this has never happened. I reach in the bag for a napkin because now my hand is a mess from restructuring the sandwich and.. theres no napkins.. With the remaining 2 minutes of my 30min lunch break, I cried. This experience was not worth 13$ and 28min of my day. I know this sounds dramatic as hell, but when something like this happens and just drops you, you know how it feels.

Here's another bad review about another Syracuse area restaurant from me lol. Trust me there are places I like, but I'm more inclined to write a review about my bad experiences in order to warn everyone.
I ordered 2 subs through the Subway app this past week. One was steak and cheese, the other was turkey. These subs were absolutely pathetic, even with the 2-footlongs for $12.99 coupon, pathetic! There was barely any meat in them, I mean like almost nothing. Subway Taft Rd, are you guys having a meat shortage or something?
I will add pics to this review. After taxes I wasted $15 on this meal. You're way better off getting one Wegmans large sub than any quantity of subs from Subway. Wegmans subs are awesome and I will not get a sub anywhere else after this. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this Subway location. I will say that a year ago before a flight out of Hancock I grabbed the same sub from the Subway on Old Liverpool Rd w the same coupon and it was 100 times better there. It's obvious this Taft Rd location is rationing meats big time and couldn't care less about making a hearty full sub to satisfy its customers. Don't go here.
