We withdrew our daughter from this daycare, she was KICKED out for a week for a shirt that was considered inappropriate for pre-k students the shirt has a bumble bee on it and said "queen bee like my momma" and my daughter came back telling us some staff was rude and mean. Cyndi was horrible to work with, no calls back. No communication and tells us we were at fault for a 4 year old not listening. If your child is here run away now, and if you're considering this place, just DONT

My child has had a beautiful experience at True North for over 2 years. I am very grateful that she was able to have such an amazing first time school experience. She adores her teachers and the entire staff and has loved making friends in her classroom. I haven't found a nicer childcare facility: high quality classrooms, clean and beautifully maintained, inside and out. Thank you True North for being such a happy and fulfilling part of my child's early development. We will miss all of you!

Before sending your children here you should ask how many staff they have been through in the past year. I wonder why so many staff leave?

Sadly I Worked here. I left months ago. Im actually embarrassed to say that now. Completely unprofessional and zero communication. She Doesnt listen to her own staff and has made several employees break down into tears. Cindi is Completely disrespectful. She cant keep staff because of her behavior and attitude. She Doesnt care about covid. Shes told me several times to come into work after being exposed to covid. Doesnt send kids home sick even if they qualify in HER OWN health plan. Dont work here. Dont send your kids here. Its not worth it. Several times weve gone without wipes or gloves for at most a week in time. Which is against so many violations. Has left employees who have not been cleared by the state be left alone with children. The staff is great. The issue is the owners themselves. Genuinely curious on how this place is still open.
