I dont know who is delivering to the Cicero addresses but get it together. Packages showing delivered but they are no where to be found. Its becoming a regular occurrence.

Lots of delivery problems recently to my Cicero address. Packages that were said to have been delivered, but weren't. Mail and packages delivered to wrong address. Half of outgoing Christmas cards left in mailbox. Carelessness in general.

I dont know if its this office that does mail deliveries in Cicero estates but they need to be careful on how they place the mail in the mailboxes my mail box will not open because mail is lodged between the door Ive tried prying it open with a knife and nothing. This could be important mail and now I have to wait until the next mail delivery or the landlord gets here to fix it, please be mindful next time bc if the mailbox gets broken thats on us !
