We are extremely disappointed with this companys workmanship and lack of professionalism. In late summer of 2022, a two-person crew was sent by Jim Brown to install Rosetta steps and a paver landing at our front entry stairs. However, the steps were installed with an unintended curve and significant gaps between the steps and the ground where it was not backfilled. Additionally, the paver landing is unlevel and not centered to the entry stairs. Basically it looks like a DIY job. We contacted Jim, who took over a month to come out to assess the situation. He quickly acknowledged the job needed to be redone and promised itd be fixed by end of season. However, this did not happen but we remained patient, assuming time constraints before winter caused the delay. In March of this year we reached out to Jim again and a week later he responded, saying he hadnt forgotten and was working on a schedule and would soon let us know when hed fit us in. As of July 2, 2023 he has neither shown up nor provided a timeline for the repairs. Furthermore, he has stopped responding to our messages altogether. Because of this, we have been unable to proceed with a permanent railing installation and landscaping while we work to figure out a solution without incurring additional costs on top of the over $6,000 already spent. Jim has left us no choice but to seek help from The NYS Dept of Consumer Protection and the Federal Trade Commission in order to ensure that his company rights this wrong.

We were in the market for a Stampcrete patio, but needed to take our deck down first. We acquired a few quotes prior to speaking with Jim at Landscapes Unlimited and he was a breath of fresh air. His honesty and openness with his thoughts and recommendations was much appreciated and the quote was hands down better than all others. The communication throughout the process was well kept, even though they were extremely busy. The patio came out better than we could have expected, the crew working on it were extremely personable and friendly and completed the job within the timeframe we were given. After completion, they spread soil and grass seed over the working area around the patio as well as the tire marks in the grass from the machinery, which I can say from experience is not common practice! Jim was excellent to work with to get the ideas just right and job estimate for our stamped patio and front sidewalk. His creativeness and willing to give his professional opinion without pressuring. He was open to take our suggestions and add his opinions to create the perfect patio and sidewalk. He was always responsive to questions without delay. He put our minds at ease. The crew he sent to do the job was also professional , willing to to go above and beyond for us to make the job the best it could be. You hardly knew they were here, there was no mess left, better than I expected. Their opinions were invaluable and I would recommend this company 100 times over LOVE THEM!!!

We used Landscaped Unlimited CNY build a gas fire pit for our backyard. The owner was extremely helpful with making suggestions, was quick with getting us a quote, and responsive when we had questions. Their workers were clean, friendly, and stayed on task. The job was completed on time and on budget. All around great experience.
