Chose this hotel for the pool but was closed. Nobody knows why. Sad kids

I am currently here now..I reserved this room about 2 weeks in advanced with my best friend and our kids celebrating my 3 year old birthday.we traveled a hour away from home..so our first night here was is going not so well..first off it smelled when we first walked in the room.crumb and all kind of dirt in the corner of the floor.we came here with our children we only had 3 towels no wash rags and no extra beddings for the pull out.we was told they had no towels no wash rags and no blanket for the pull out bed.5 minutes later they came with 1 thin sheet and about 4 wash rags..still they said they had no blanket..so afterwards I decided to go down to the lobby for snacks and to my surprise the front desk clerk was giving another guest a nice clean this can blanket as the guest was saying thank you my son wants to sleep on the pull out when I confronted the clerk she told me she literally jus found 2 blankets and gave me 1 even tho she had no intention on bringing up the blanket after we been asking her.i told her I reserved a room 2 weeks n advanced Im not understanding while it was not stocked..she told me tht all the housekeepers quite and she just got out the hospital..i was confused to her lame excuse because she was caught giving a blanket to another guest..oh and did I mention Im a colored woman BUT the clerk and the lady who was a GUEST jus like me was WAS NOT.this clerk was nice on the phone wen we reserved the room and wen we got there everything we asked for was a excuse or a problem..so the clerk who work evening on the day of February 24,2024 YOU SUUUUCCKKK and because I alrdy booked this room Im gonna stay bug I am not enjoying it..
