If you're considering working here, think very long, very hard, and consider how much you enjoy micromanagement, a total lack of middle management with any pride/courage/honesty, and communication failures due to poor training then this is the place for you! Oh did I mention that the Syracuse location has turned over almost it's entire staff except once this year? They say the grass isn't always greener elsewhere but it's very possible it maybe if you literally look anywhere else. As an aside, the customers that have continue to support the company are truly great people in the construction industry and being able to connect and build relationships with them is extremely rewarding! Great customers and good ownership but wow the middle!

Bought a new mini skid steer through an effortless transaction with my sales person Alan. Very smooth and easy to work with.
There was a defect in the machine that they fixed for me the day after buying it, I appareviate the fact that they squeezed me in while understaffed so I had to leave this to thank them again. Great guys with great communication. I wish the ford dealer would take some notes from them!
