        Was a customer here since at least 2004 after Missy left the Customer Service has gone to hell!!! As of January 2024 I started using Kinney but CVS has still been filling my scripts and charging my insurance for them!!! Even shows that I picked them up when I have not been there for entire month of January 2024! BE CAREFUL AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR INSURANCE!!! I am having a difficult time filling my scripts now at Kinney!!!

        Cant even get someone on the phone to verify insurance. They didnt apply my insurance on file with my physician and wont take my calls to give them my insurance information. Not paying full price when I have insurance and cant provide my insurance. This is why mail order pharmacies are the better option.

        Went to Pharmacy, great service. Picked up a few things while waiting, Woman at cash-out was extremally helpful, filled me in on money saving tips

        Wife (85) just called to make appt for flu shot ,(9/12/22) Wed). Whoever answered phone after 20 min wait, very rude. Treated her badly saying you have to make an appt. via internet., and hung up! Needs to be more courteous to customers. Quite a few older seniors do not use the internet.
