I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. My daughter was in an abusive at home daycare and when I pulled her out and brought her here it was the best decision we made. They are the definition of love. They saw some of the PTSD she was going through when she first started for the first few weeks and made know and feel that she was loved and safe. The extended family have seen such a growth and change in my daughter that I tribute to the teachers and owners of tic tac toes. I am just so blessed to have these people in my daughters life.

I chose Tic Tac Toes for my little one (LO) when we moved to the area from a big city, where she had previously attended daycare (infant). At Tic Tac Toes, we started in the infant room and have since transitioned the toddler room. Things I feel TTT does exceedingly well: (1) NAPS - I have been amazed at the consistency of napping my LO has had at TTT. The nap area for infants is really well situated in the space, and the entire staff seems to know just how to get/keep the babes sleeping. Toddlers have designated nap time that is held with such consistency. (2) LOVE - I am continually told how much the staff loves my little one and how the children love her, too. Most days, she comes home content, cuddly, and giggling. The owners and teachers are not only "good with children," but also invested in the center and the children. (3) TRANSITION OF ROOMS - I can't say enough about how positive of an experience we had transitioning from the infant room to the toddler room. They started introducing my little one to the toddler room gradually until she honestly could not wait to be in that room full time. They were open to my fears of transitioning her and truly went at our pace with open communication each step of the way (including transitioning from crib to cot). (4) EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES - It seems that every single day that has nice weather, the kids get outside (which I really appreciate!). There are seasonal events that the Center has arranged for the kids and for the families. For example, Valentine's Day was amazingly sweet and fun. (5) INCORPORATING FEEDBACK - i have so appreciated the unique adjustments the staff have made to accommodate my preferences/needs. When I asked if more details could be added to the food my daughter eats, I was promptly met with loads of details on each feeding. For areas I miss about our old daycare center that differ from TTT - (1) diversity representation among staff/families. My daughter and I are POC and were attending a Spanish immersion center in our prior city. I miss that aspect of immersion and the diversity that came along with it.. I'll add that I am a POC, as is my daughter, and she has blue nevus ("Mongolian birthmark"). I know there was one prior review speaking to a difficult experience, and mine has been distinct from that one. I highly recommend TTT and have been very happy with our care here.

Tic Tac Toes is a daycare center that feels like home. We have taken our child to several other daycares prior to this and none of them even compare. Specifically, the owners and director go above and beyond the requirements to care for children and to include parents the entire day. The love, care, and support our child receives from the staff is amazing. Leaving your child at daycare is so difficult, however often necessary. We feel at ease dropping him off, knowing he is well taken care of and having fun. The app they use is much better than other apps we have seen at other centers and allows for constant communication. This center is not a chain. The staff truly care about the children and treat them as family. We absolutely recommend this daycare!
