I hate leaving reviews like this but I dont want what happened to me to happen to someone else, I came here to get a bridesmaid gift embroidered, I brought my $130 lulu lemon sweatshirt and brought it in to this business brand new, still in the original packaging. When I picked it up it after it was done being embroidered, there was a giant grease stain on the sleeve, right opposite the embroidery. I asked the business to make it right, they said it wasnt from them and they could give me another free embroidery but could do nothing about the $130 sweatshirt they ruined. Please avoid this business if you want your clothes to come back clean and how you brought them in. I was so disappointed they couldnt make this right.

Absolute garbage quality of work! The embroidery work I recently had done here looked like a 5 year old did it! They changed my design without any notice to me and they put this changed design on my custom fabric I provided them completely ruining the fabric I provided all while never even contacting me to confirm anything! Thanks for charging me almost $200 dollars and refusing to even make this right or give refund! The colors were even changed by you guys! You should be ashamed of yourselves! The top logo is what I provided and the bottom is the junk they gave me without ever contacting me first to advise me that they changed the logo and colors!

They were very fast. I was expecting screen printing (textured) though and I got digital printing (flat & not as durable) so I'm a bit disappointed with that. We got a great price though. Just be sure you are communicating clearly. I will definitely hire them again.
