        Incompetent by every sense of the word. You fill out all of your information for a mortgage loan, get the pre-approval, they tell you to reach back out when you find a house so they can turn the pre-approval into a mortgage application. When that time comes, only THEN do they say, Oh. Pittsburgh is out of our lending region. You couldnt have caught that beforehand? Then proceeds to not answer my emails. Absolute waste of time, and Im glad I wasnt about to sign a deal then and there. With this information, use your best judgment.
