Well we used him as an attorney. We been doing this since April of 2023. Here it is almost Nov 2023 and still havent closed all cause of him. Hes been lying and playing us and the bank. He told the bank he hired another person the do his job so we called the other person. They said they have no records of us and he will never do work for McDermott again and he hasnt for 8 years. Tues about 330 he said he has everything he needs for the bank that he will send them first thing in morning then we can close well wed came and nothing so we called him and said he will take care of it and call us back within 30 minutes. Well here it is now Sunday and hes been ignoring us. So all this time hes pretending hes doing his job. This home/land deal the bank says shouldnt have taking no longer than 60 days. So needless to say because of him we now cant move u til spring 2024. Hate to say but hes a .fn idiot
