My daughter hit a deer on Easter Sunday night, which ultimately resulted in the vehicle being deemed totaled. On Monday morning, I called my auto representative Brandi Sission and within an hour was set up with an accident report, claims number and representative from my insurance company. Brandi's customer service is and has always been superior. I cannot say enough good things about Brandi and the Emerling Floss Murphy Agency.

I just worked with Mark to get a commercial auto policy and he was extremely helpful, thorough, and answered all of my questions to make sure I understood everything covered in my policy! I got quotes from several other companies but Mark was the only one to return my emails when I asked questions after getting quotes. He was a pleasure to work with and I really appreciate all of his help!

Sarah Zdziebko handles my corporate account and is by far the best insurance rep that I have ever worked with. Not only is she very quick in getting me anything I may need, but she also goes above and beyond to contact my clients on my behalf to get them anything they may need. This takes a huge weight off of us and saves us so much time. We can't thank her enough!
