    We have. had Quench for about 3 months and really love it. The hot water is super hot! The cold water is cold, it dispenses easily. The system doesn't take up much room, and of course there are no plastic water bottles! I would strongly recommend Quench.

    This water system is amazing. We have a touchless machine that is super responsive. The hot water makes instant tea.. and it is hot! We have an office of 25 people and they all are so happy to have great tasting instant cold water. The installation took less than 30 min. Our agency is very happy. We will no longer have plastic water bottles all over the office! I would highly recommend Quench Water system.

    Quench has been nothing short of EXCELLENT on ALL fronts of business. My rep, Robert Vasek, was with me from beginning to end, and maintained communications with me for every question and concern I had. The quality of the machines are excellent and the taste of the water is superior to other machines. Definitely go with these guys. They keep everything in-house, so there's no shady financing people, they handle all maintenance and troubleshooting, and they are lightning fast with communication. Just go with them. Don't bother looking any further.

    Do not rent anything from this company. This company does not stand by what their employee say over the phone or via email. I rented a machine from them but wanted to terminate my contract before it was actually up and they told me I would have to pay all of these fees including a removal fee if I decided to cancel early. I, of course decided not to go ahead with the cancelation and wait until the contract was up. There had been no mention by Patrick Mazza that if I canceled within the appropriate time I would still have to pay that removal fee of $150. He only mentioned that fee when we discussed canceling early. Why are we paying to remove an item that was rented when we paid for it per month for the last 2 years. Do not trust what they say verbally to you.
