Great John Deere dealership. Parts are ordered arriving in 1 or 2 days excellent.

Fixed my tire. Customer service so so. Guy I dropped tire off with was professional. Guy I picked tire up from was kind of stand offish. UPDATE: 4/29/22 Gave this place another chance after the so so customer service with this place before and basic customer service is still lacking. Dropped two riding mower tires off on Monday and guy said he had the inner tubes in stock. Said probably Tuesday would be ready. Didn't hear anything Tuesday so called Wednsday afternoon to check on tires. Got transferred to some girl in the "service" department with an attitude. Said they'll be ready tomorrow without even getting my info. Then went on to tell me they're short staffed, etc. I get it, businesses are struggling but doesn't excuse your employees to take frustrations out on your customers. Almost went back after that phone call to take my tires back but figured it wasn't worth the hassle. However, will not be patronizing this local business with my money again. I came here to get two tires repaired, didn't come here for attitude and poor customer service. Fix your customer service and you might break into the four stars.
