Dr.Dhami has been my dentist for a year now and hes incredible! He has done fillings on me and is always cautious and careful. Very successful experience here.

Oh, let me tell you about my unfortunate experience with the dentist. It was a real nightmare! I arrived at the dental office with a mix of nervousness and anticipation, hoping for a routine check-up and cleaning. Little did I know that things were about to take a turn for the worse. As soon as I settled into the dentist's chair, I noticed a distinct lack of empathy from the dentist. Their bedside manner was practically non-existent, and it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I tried to brush it off, thinking maybe they were just having a rough day. But the real horror began when the dentist started the procedure. The numbing injections were excruciatingly painful, and it seemed like the dentist was in a rush, not taking the time to ensure my comfort. I winced in pain, but they didn't seem to notice or care. To make matters worse, the dentist's equipment seemed outdated and poorly maintained. The drilling and scraping tools felt uncomfortable and even caused some pain. I couldn't help but wonder if they were using the right techniques or if they were just rushing through the process. Throughout the entire ordeal, I felt like I was just another number on their assembly line, rather than a person with feelings and concerns. The lack of communication and explanation about the procedure only added to my distress. I left the dental office feeling traumatized and with a sense of disappointment. Needless to say, my experience with that dentist was a complete failure. It taught me the importance of finding a dental professional who not only possesses the necessary skills but also shows genuine care and compassion for their patients. Dental visits can be anxiety-inducing for many people, and a compassionate dentist can make all the difference in providing a positive experience.

Called to set up an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction, and was very rudely told they do not do that there even though it was on the website that they do. The only thing the rude receptionist could offer me was to talk to whoever does the website. Wow thanks lady that really helps me so much. There was a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Fix your website!

Ive been coming here for couple years and never once did I have an issue. The Dr is kind and understanding- the front desk as well very accommodating and nice. Highly recommend this clinic and mostly they are clean which is an plus.
