        For an online retailer Mountain Hardware has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Unlike other online stores, they charge a set $6 for delivery and then force you to use UPS (an additional $6) to send back an unsuitable item that is sized completely differently from an item I own with the same name, only the long pant version. You cant speak with them directly and the pitiful chat person is full ofIm sorry talk but no resolution. They and Prana are owned by Columbia so if you want to send a message to them, boycott all 3 companies. I am not alone in my disgust for this company as you will see from other reviews.
