        Unfortunately our car was roadside twice in a month. Both times we used AAA, and both times we were assigned this company to tow us. Mike towed us and he was phenomenal to say the least! He was prompt, informative, and professional. So thankful that this stressful situation was made a little easier with Mike's help.

        They took a picture of my debit card and drivers license (non-compliant with PCI standards) and when I asked why he was taking pictures M said, I can take a picture of whatever I want. When I continued asking him why he was taking pictures of my credit card he laughed at me. I then asked him if he would be deleting the picture and he said when I feel like it! After continued insistence for him to delete the picture he did, but only from his camera roll, not his deleted folder. When I insisted he delete the picture from his deleted folder he told me, get out of my face! and attempted to walk away. I continued to insist on him deleting this picture and he finally did. Furthermore, they picked up my car after an accident and brought it to their storage yard instead of asking where we wanted it brought (an auto repair or auto body shop). After almost $600 in fees over 3 days with several questionable miscellaneous charges on the invoice, we got it off their yard. Stay far away from this business. Taking pictures of credit cards is not done by any reputable business and the attitude exhibited by this employee was extremely unprofessional. If you do have to use them, tell him to bring your car to your auto repair or auto body shop. Dont fall for them telling you they cant do that. Its not true. Then, bring them to small claims court to fight the $125 recovery fee and $50 administrative fee they charge you, just like I am.
