Rick with DrainWorks answered his phone promptly late at night. I had a sewage backup and leaks in 2 separate places. Rick told me to not flush toilets or use the bathtubs and faucets. He arrived the following morning early to diagnose the problem and he had an idea of what it may be right away. The clog was between the house and the suedo-septic tank. He had no issues finding the tank in our yard and dug to the hatch to do his work. He was able to snake the clog out, which was feminine pads (not ours as we know better and we just moved in the day prior).

On a recommendation, we called Drain Works (Rick) after 5pm with a plumbing emergency, and he was at the house at 9am the next morning after taking care of two other calls. He was knowledgable, professional, calm, fixed the problem at a fair price- and really seems like a good guy. It's always seems like a crapshoot working with someone new, and I feel like we won when we called him. Absolutely recommended. Service: Drain cleaning
