Very friendly staff.. very good customer service.. food tasted excellent. Good menu to choose from not over crowded with unnecessary items

Place is old and out of date. Sitting booths are mega small and tight. Waiter and I'm assuming she's the owner don't like to be thanked I guess because every time they brought us something we would thank them and they would just walk away never acknowledging the first one. . They were friendly though in way regardless. Food did come out fast but cold. Don't understand why we were a party of four and only 4 other customers were inside already eating. I ordered the burger medium and it came out cold. Didn't return it because they already made a mistake with another order by bringing out the wrong sandwich. Which by the way came with fries and when they brought out the new sandwich they brought it out with the same fries super cold. Common sense would be give the customer hot new fries. I personally won't recommend this diner and I won't return here either.

My food wasn't bad. Quesadilla was a little dry, which is better than greasy, but absolutely no seasoning. The fries were also multi-colored, meaning a lot of refrying old batches. Gf ordered a reuben. Meat was thick and dry, she couldn't even chew it. It was probably leftover from the holiday the weekend before. The real knock was the customer service. We asked if they had any thinner sliced meat for the sandwich. We got a no. We asked for some Russian dressing, because they didn't put any on the sandwich. She said OK and we never saw her again. She was done with us as soon as we complained. We weren't rude to her, she just decided she didn't want to deal with our complaint. I had to get our bill from someone else. She was in plain sight the whole time, just chatting away at the counter and ignoring us. Seriously, if you don't want the job, stay home.
