We were NEVER informed they changed our pick-up date, along with an entire street in Oxford. When they didn't pick-up the 2nd time we called to find out why. Nothing but a snotty, nasty, condescending pack of lies and accusations as if the entire episode was our fault. Do yourself a favor and stay WAY CLEAR of these people. We ARE NOT the only people to have this problem with these clowns! SEE YA!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU'RE FIRED!!!!!!!!!!! Service: Trash removal & disposal

Been putting out the recycling bin as per the printable calendar on the site and they haven't picked it up in a month. I have to push that thing 100 yards to the road and drag it back, still full. This is ridiculous. What are we paying for? I guess having to pay $1M in fines to NYS for felony charges for screwing customers out of money a few years ago hasn't stopped them from continuing to screw customers out of money. Several instances of failure to pick up recyclables. They pick up recyclables every other week. Currently on the second missed pick up. One month. When called, I'm told it wasn't out. Cause I'd totally call when I didn't put it out for four weeks straight. No reconciliation whatsoever.
I recommend dealing with your trash any other way but with Bert Adams.
