I was so glad to be able to work with Joe and House2Home investing to sell a property I had. He made it quick and easy through the whole process. He kept a constant line of communication with us through out. He handled the one and only snag that came up quickly. He always answered to phone whenever we had a question. I would absolutely recommend House2Home Investing whenever you have a property you want to sell off market. I couldn't have made a better choice.

HORRIBLE! Joe, who had called me back, after an initial conversation and receiving both an appraisal and an inspector's report from me online, as well as direction to a previous estate sale online, for pictures of the inside, had told me that he would send me an offer for the house online, within a couple of days. The offer, rather than being specific, had been going to be given in a range, due to not actually being able to view the property in person and because it had not been available for sale at the present time. I did not hear from him, even 9 days later, so I had called him. After my 4th attempt, he had picked up and had stated that he would send out the offer later that night. But, here I am, 5 days later, STILL receiving no response! I had invested and wasted so much time talking with someone who was not professional enough to say that he was not interested. He had, instead strung me along. I would hope that other such companies would treat potential female clients with more respect.
