        Great variety of footwear for both men and women and very good quality footwear. The service was very good and attentive.

        Their return policy unclear, they dont tell you at the register that their products are final sale. I tried to buy a pair of shoes for an event and they didnt have my size. So I bought a pair of shoes with a size up who ended up not fitting just slightly. I tried to go back to the store and see if they could exchange the pair of shoes for another pair of my size, I wanted to keep them because I thought they were nice. Two hours of driving Im never going to get back. The manager was rude and non empathetic. Cole Hann does not know how to do business. Theyll take your money and dont care for customer experience. I got stuck with a pair of shoes that I wont be able to use because theyre too greedy and wouldnt bother to do a fair exchange. I worked in retail for almost ten years and never heard of a store who wouldnt refuse customer accommodation. Cole-Haan doesnt care if their customers are happy. Im telling others not to make business with them. If youre a person who likes to gift stay away from this store. Im not even the kind of person who returns things so easily, terrible first impression. How rude of them for making me waste my hard earned money, gas and time!
