Enterprise Rent-A-Car

What a bunch of scam artists. Rented a car while my wife's was being repaired. Wife picked it up and drove home, then it was driven two times to the store maybe 5 miles. now when dropping it off, they are saying a fender has a crack. No way we did anything to it so they are making up for some past damage. I will go out of my way to use any other rental agency that these guys. Never again.

The experience at enterprises was horrible, I rented a vehicle under a accident claim and I kept the vehicle for almost a month Lauren the manager at enterprise is extremely rude with a nasty attitude with no manners or professionalism this lady with call all day.State Farm had to call enterprise and speak to her about the phone calls harassment, the owner can confirm at State Farm everything is documented. I was a regular customer at enterprise base on this experience I will never do business with enterprise, on top I rented the car they gave me a rate then few days call me with a different rate. Horrible experience.
