No one wants to talk about it, but many people, like me, have to deal with their parents aging and starting to wonder whether or not the proper paperwork is in place to make sure their wishes are met. Tom made is so easy to meet with my parents, to talk about their estate and to get their financial, medical and personal wishes in order. He created a trust that protects their home, and ensures that my mom will never have to move again. With tremendous patience, he answered every one of our questions and dealt with my parents, my siblings and me with tremendous compassion, and gave us straightforward advice. Tom created for my parents a complete package for both my mom and step dad that included a Power of Attorney, Healthcare Proxy, Last Will & Testament, as well as a trust for their home.
