        My kitchen and bathroom was completed in a very timely and professional manner. The quality of work was impeccable and even after the job was fully completed, they still called and asked, is everything OK? Is everything running appropriately that shows me that they care.

        I hired this company to do a full repipe for my hot and cold water in my house and the company prolonged the job. The first day they started no one showed up nor did any one call me to advise that they were not coming. Then a few days in the job no one showed up again to complete the job. They left multiple holes in my home and cut up pipes and blocked me on their phone and no one has yet refunded me my money back or attempted to finish the job. I do not recommend them what so ever to complete any plumbing work. They are very unprofessional and unethical. Theses are pictures of the mess they completed on my house.

        They can not fix water leaks unless you know who made the house? I still don't have water in the house.

      Hi Tania,I think you may have the wrong company. We do not do work directly for homeowners. We are hired by builders and do residential new construction. I am sorry you had a bad experience, but was not Plumb Tech Plumbing & Heating Inc. of New York.

      Hi "Ark" When calls come in after hours they are answered by an answering service, which follows a script. Most of the work we do is directly for builders and therefore covered under a warranty. The plumber that responds to the call would need to know if the service call is billable or not. Sorry for the confusion.
