We started a pool project just as the pandemic hit. Stuck with a bad contractor who scarred us for life, we swore we would never do a home remodel again. But as the summer began to part us and covid still lurked, we wanted to hang on to our backyard space. But the weather gets too cool in NJ too fast. My husband works from home and the winter blues have me flocking for vacation all winter long. We wanted to be at home and still enjoy a resort like feel. This is how we came to explore glass-door-modern-motorized pergola system that looked and felt like an extension to the house but no headache of giant construction. We explored 3 other companies in NY, Canada and LA before settling with Michael. And boy, are we glad we did. He really is the best ! He built us a modern heaven! The start to end, he himself met us, our kids, understood our needs and sent us video of how it would look. And honestly, I didnt believe him but the actual product looks like the fancy catalog of not better in real life. But best part of this has been Micheals down to earth personality and accountability. His workers were also very timely, professional and very respectful of our property. Done in 5 days! I am one week post contraction and feel surreal. So its October 18 in NJ and I am sitting in my glass garden in-front of my pool, not cold ! I am planning to throw a thanksgiving party, installed some heaters and I think it will hold up during the frigid windy cold. Cant wait! From start to finish, Michael has been fantastic. I can not stress enough how great it was working with him. He is honest, dependable, and has integrity. This was not experience from before and we appreciate that so much. The structure speaks for itself so I will attach pictures. My kids call it mommys resort studio. My husband works from home so he does his zoom calls here, I meditate in the evening here. We play clue w our kids here and watched Jets game last week:) We literally just hang out here all day. I highly recommend Premium Pergola honestly this has been one of the best investments into our home projects!

10/10 Premium Pergola went above and beyond to make sure that the system is everything me and my family wanted. The pergola itself is beautiful and the installation went very smoothly. As with anything there is always small bumps but thats when you see if the company really stands by their product and with their customers to make you happy and thats what Premium Pergola did. After the installation I wanted a few small tweaks and the response was always yes, absolutely, anything we can do to make you happy. I already have recommended my friends and plan to do one on my other house. Buy with confidence and know youre not only getting a premium pergola but also a premium company.
