Showed up the day of so gets a second star. But charged us over $400 for a grease trap fix that was less than an hour to fix. Said it was a flat rate but didnt explain further. Didnt even give a receipt. Avoid. Service: Drain cleaning

I manage several rental properties in the area and have had such a hard time finding a good plumber. Now that I found Chris, my mind is at ease! He always answers my calls, and has done a fantastic job with every challenge Ive thrown at him! Top quality workmanship, as well as professional and personable!

I was away for a few days and it had rained while I was gone. Came home to a flooded basement and the sump pump not working. I contacted Twin County and Chris was able to come within a couple of hours. My sump pump was replaced and the water gone. I will add that Twin County is my go to plumbing company. I have used their services several times over the past few years and they are always responsive as well as friendly and very professional. Will continue to be my first call! Service: Sump pump repair

For a non emergency .a schedule appointment I Was was charged 175 an hour with out any heads up it going to cost that much . I found out 6 hours later. . 3 hours to find the problem 3 hours to fix. To top it off Chris is the owner and only worker . Nice guy but wayyyyy to expensive Service: Water heater repair
