Worst hospital in the area. Sat in agonizing pain for 3 hours without ever seeing a doctor before I finally left to go elsewhere. Staff did not care at all.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! As I sit in this waiting room with my best friend whose elevated blood pressure and chest pain has not gone away. Doctor comes in to discharge, as the patient said she doesn't feel comfortable leaving. The red badge doctor looks her in the eye and states, that's how we do things, I've been to school for 12 years, have a good year and walks out of the door. Very poor bedside manor. Almost disgusting to think that these people that have been in this room are in charge of others life.

The times I have visited the hospital they havent been kind. Dr. Wu Refuses to listen to my children and I, what we have to say on how they feel. Hes only taken care my children, he hasnt been my doctor. This is why minorities refuse to go to hospitals because of this. You would think that hes a minority he would understand nope hes worse than some of the white doctors in there. Waiting in the hospital for hours to him saying he dont know what my children have and he doesnt want to continue doing more tests on them to find out whats wrong. Two hours just to see him and he says its dinner time so people are eating and youre coming at the time where people need to eat. As if we are inconvenience him and the other workers for being sick. Theres only one white Doctor whos kind and understanding because he has children of his own. I cannot remember his name, I wish I could remember. Oh all the nurses are rude and disrespectful, hire more nurses that are minorities and who are kind. I have only come across two nurses that are kind. Your nurse Lauren(I believe thats her name if I remember correctly) needs to be fired she over sees other nurses when shes there, she talks bad about every single patient and she thinks nobody can hear her. When other nurses said they can hear you, her response was I dont f-ing care Ill tell it to their faces what I think of them. She never says anything but ends up with a nasty attitude at all times. Shes extremely rude to the elderly. The way this hospital has gone downhill in not caring for the elderly and minorities is disgusting and sad. I would go to Carthage hospital because its use to be the best, now its one of the worst hospitals. Watertown Samaritan Hospital as moved to second worse hospital. Carthage hospital has moved to first place. DO BETTER

They love to ignore patients insurance and charge them $2500 to sit in the waiting room for 6 hours to get a shot. Lady on the phone threatened me after i asked her about my husband and then hung up on me on a different occasion. Overall rude doctors and nurses, none of them want to be there or help patients, be prepared to wait for hours on end in a stuffed waiting room and then barely get any care.
