        This would have been a 5 star review if it was Public Storage, but since it's now Extra Space Storage, giving it that 1 star. EVERYBODY GET READY FOR RATE HIKES...again. I left LifeStorage (which was also bought out by Extra Space Storage) for the same reason. Do all yourselves a favor and PREPAY as far as you can to lock in your rates.
