I have worked with NY appraisals for several years now. When there is a property that needs an appraisal for my company or any of my clients they are my first recommendation and go to 100% of the time. Ive been a real estate broker for 38 years and Im currently a broker with Re/Max Team in New York. My experience with John Gavares and New York appraisals was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had from an appraiser. I had a very difficult appraisal on a mixed used property that other companies did not even want to do. Mr. Gavares not only completed the appraisal within 48 hours. His company had all the tools to locate every comparable sale necessary to complete the appraisal.
