Took my son here for a sore throat, and the lovely receptionist Deborah was able to get us in last minute to be seen by the doctor. Good doctors office in the area!

My two children got sick out of nowhere so I decided to call Putnam pediatrics to see if I could get my kids in as soon as possible. The woman on the phone was absolutely amazing. We were able to get into the office with a same day appointment and everyone in the office was delightful to work with.

Horrible office and management!!!!..Brought both of my children in for a wellness check two separate appointments and was charged for two sick visits for no reason, was unaware I would be getting a bill in the mail. When I call to see why Im being charged for a well visits they informed me that the visit was over 30 minutes. 32 to be exact (which 15 minutes was waiting for nurse to take vitals on a baby and 15 minutes waiting again second visit.) On both visits, doctor brought up things that was not an issue but noted it was spoken about which then generated a charge and a bill. This office is billing patients for things on a wellness check and they seem to be billing to get extra money out of patients. Do not use this office.

Extremely disappointed. As a newer patient, starting with this practice last year for my children, Id never recommend this practice to anyone. I came to the understanding this morning that they dont take walk ins. The receptionist was unclear about how to make an appointment for my son at 9am this morning. We were given a 2:30 appt. We called in at 2 to get feedback from the doctor bc I wasnt sure if I should send him to urgent care but we were told she was busy with other patients and that we would be waiting for her on hold for hours up until closing time until she was able to get on the phone with us. This was not told to us nicely- the officer manager as she called herself responded to me with an extremely condescending tone where I was interrupted every second before getting a thought out as a distressed mother not knowing whether or not I should be courteous and cancel to take him to the urgent care or come in. Insensitive and uncaring office manager. All bc we wanted to speak to the doctor. Dr. Pimental as we are getting to know her, seems great. But as for the office manager, Id never have a person with a tone like that like that run my office or speak to my patients like that. Patients should never be spoken to or treated in such a manner. Never again. We are switching practices this weekend. Btw I dont write reviews. I dont have time for this nor do I have the time to deal with anyone in this office. Ever since Dr Garcia has left the office I dont look forward to visiting the office. Staff is rude/does not listen. Office makes these curtesy reminder calls for well visits 4 months late and expects parents to be ok with caching up on 4 missed vaccines in one visit. Time to change doctors!
