1 star for courteous receptionist, at least while we were going there back in September. Seems to be a big turn over. We were seeing Dr. Choudhury who retired. We began seeing Dr. Kosicz who took his place. She was pleasant. However, disregarded the hematoma on my ankle that I visited her for when it did not resolve. I brought it to her attention several times over the course of a year, & she brushed it off. Almost a year went by when I returned complaining of body aches. She ran blood tests to see if perhaps I had Lyme disease or rheumatoid arthritis. Her nurse called & reported all was normal. Unfortunately l took her at her word & filed report away. FINALLY, I went for a second opinion. A biopsy of questionable hematoma was performed. It wasn't a bruise! No! Turns out I have lymphoma. I pulled out her lab work, & was stunned to see my tests were far from normal! One test came back elevated, indicative of arthritis or cancer. I called & confronted her. Her reply, " The results weren't very high, so I didn't want to get you anxious." WHAT?!! So, if my cholesterol was elevated would you not tell me, so I don't become alarmed, & possibly die from a hear attack? Thank God I found a wonderful team of Oncologist's & I'm in remission. She also neglected my husband's thyroid condition. Thank goodness we found a wonderful specialist who is providing quality care. This practice has gone down. Thank God we left before either one of us developed situations that were irreversible! Be cautioned!!!

Everyone was very helpful, nice and polite! Dr. Choudhury was also very kind.
