        Rosy is very welcoming and always makes you feel very relaxed as soon as you walk into her beauty salon. In addition to her being very talented she has the most gentle hands with both of my daughters curly hair. As of recent she washed, conditioned my girls hair and added the most beautiful Tinsels on their hair! My Twin girls and their Bestie who also got Tinsels were the most happiest little girls! I absolutely recommend Roz & Katz Hair Salon for any of your hair needs!
