        CVS Manager Billy is a complete jerk. Wasn't given a receipt in-store and was given receipt via phone. Said he was 'doing us a favor' by giving store credit for unviable passport photos we had to retake and stormed off after refunding was done. Didn't even tell us we were getting store credit until after transaction was done. Ash, the other worker was sweet and tried to be as helpful as possible despite limitations.
