Bill helped me with 2 closings. The first was easy, the second not so much. The seller and his agent were being difficult and appeared to be looking to back out. Bill got a court order to force the close and all was well. I found his rates to be very reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

Does not prioritize clients, poor communication, does not return phone calls or emails. This law firm appears very incompetent. I recommend seeking other firms if your looking for good quality and professional service!

My husband and I used Bill as our Attorney when purchasing our first home. As first time buyers, we initially felt a little overlooked and unprioritized by Bill and his staff. We decided to keep our faith in him and I have to admit... I'M HAPPY WE DID! When closing day came Mr. Shilling was not only timely, professional, and understanding of our wants and needs but he was a true ROCKSTAR at closing. During our final walk through we had discovered damages on the house that weren't there initially and a few things from our Ryder had not been completed. Mr. Shilling fought for us and ultimately got us compensated for the damage and incomplete projects. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney. Yes, they're a busy office but his knowledge and experience are worth it.
