We contacted Henry for a repair of our oven, which is less than 2 years old. Henry was very honest in first suggesting that we contact the manufacturer in case any parts were still under warranty, to avoid us spending money on repairs unnecessarily. Henry quickly set up an appointment with us after I learned from the manufacturer that the oven was out of warranty. He did a thorough job to determine the root cause of our problem and also came prepared with new parts in his truck to complete the job immediately. He worked quickly and efficiently.
